INFO: As of September 2003, you must have an appointment for your roads test after completing your Driver's Ed at an MVA approved driving school. If you are not a US citizen, you must have an appointment for your written test and submit the required documents before obtaining your learner's permit or transfer your license. You must complete also 3-hour drug and alcohol if you have an out of state license.
