Refund /Cancellation Policy
No refund or credit will be given for cancellation of the course unless the student/parent/guardian notifies the driving school 24-hours prior to the date courses are scheduled to start. A $50.00 non-refundable administrative fee will apply.
Students may miss up to 2 classes ( not consecutively), which he/she will be required to make up. If he /she misses more than 4, he/she will be dismissed from the course with no refund or credit. The school reserves the right to ask the student to repeat the entire session if his/her performance is deemed to be unsatisfactory. A fee of 50 percent of the cost will apply. The missed classes must be made up before receiving a certificate of completion. Disruptive students will not be tolerated. No cellular phone are allowed in class. The law requires that each student complete 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of BTW.
As of June 2007 all students must complete the 36-hour session and pass the final test within 60 days from the time the class starts before receiving their certificate. A fee of $20.00 per hour for BTW and $30.00 per class session will apply. A-35.00 dollar will be assessed for any returned checks. A penalty of $40.00 per hour will be imposed for every hour BTW class cancelled unless the school has been notified 24 hours in advance. In addition, a 5-dollar per hour is imposed at the time of Behind the Wheel practice regardless. Students are responsible to pay any moving violation, red light tickets incure at the time of their Behind the Wheel pratice.
NB Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather or low enrollment.
