Parent/ Mentor/ Guardian MUST Attend the First Session
The District of Columbia will not have a reliable and accurate breathanalyzer program in place until March 2012. Until that date officers will continue to rely on urine samples and other means to make their cases. Errors and tainted court cases doomed the old system in early 2010 when officials aknowledged testing inaccuracies from miscalibrated equipments had overstated drivers' breathanalizer scores in about 400 convictions dating to 2008.
